Body & Spirit Day 3-6

Day 3: Monday October 3
Read some in Mark with my study book, read a few chapters of Revelation (because it is my favorite book), and read Exodus 1:1-2:25 with the kids for Engage the Word.
Walked/jogged 3.92 miles on the treadmill in 60 minutes.

Day 4: Tuesday October 4
Read chapter 1 in Grace-Based Parenting and had my Grace-Based Parenting Bible Study Tuesday night.  Started a new devotion book I got.  Read Exodus 12:1-42 with the kids for Engage the Word.
Walked/jogged 4.0 miles on the treadmill in 60 minutes.

Day 5:  Wednesday October 5
Read a couple chapters of my devotion book and Exodus 13:17 - 14:31 with the kids for Engage the Word.
Decided to walk outside because I really don't like the treadmill.  It was windy but not terrible.  I walked/jogged the mile around my pasture 5 times - took me just a few minutes over an hour.  It frustrates me that I can go so much further outside when I feel like I walk as fast as possible on the treadmill and don't get as far.  I also walked Wednesday night at the track with my sister while the boys had Preteens.  I walked the 1/4 mile track 6 times.

Day 6: Thursday October 6
Some days I wake up feeling blah.  Everything bothers me and I just want to scream.  Today is one of those days.  I walked outside while listening to Matthew on my old Android phone.  It is windy and colder than I thought so I didn't make it far.  I tried walking on the treadmill, but when I started jogging I just wanted to scream in frustration.  I just couldn't do it.  So, I shut off Matthew (listened to 5 chapters), slowed the treadmill down to 3 miles an hour, skipped the jogging, and listened to praise music on my laptop while I walked.  I don't know how far I went, but I managed to get in my hour and the music helped clear some of the frustration.  Hope the day gets better.
