This week Biggest Loser was kind of a disappointment to me. I was excited to see the teams have to combine as one and work together, but the total lack of weight loss across the board was unbelievable. I was beginning to wonder if they purposely threw the weigh-in. The only person who lost a solid number was John who was the biggest loser for the week. And come on Sunny, you can't gain 5 pounds without trying when you are at a place where all you do is eat right and exercise all day. I seriously think they wanted to get rid of Jen and apparently John was the only one not on board, especially since everyone but him voted for her at the elimination. I can't say I am disappointed - she was causing friction and being a drama queen. It was exciting to see how great she did at home though, and I think it was good for her to have to go home and depend on herself instead of Bob.
They did win the team challenge, but it didn't do them much good. The maze challenge wasn't that exciting but I am sure they had fun finding apples in the hay maze :) The temptation of the cauldron full of candy was fun, and I am sure it was hard to resist it sitting there all week. I know I couldn't have done it!
Next week, they shake things up and I am guessing a few tempers flare. The teams will be redivided and several of them aren't happy with their new teams. I can't say I blame them. I am still having a hard time liking Anna, especially after her constantly calling out Ramon & Jessica on their relationship. This isn't the first relationship that has started on Biggest Loser - I would think losing weigh together would be a great motivator. Anna apparently doesn't see it that way, so Ramon being on her team next week should be quite interesting!!!
I really like everyone left on the show with the exception of maybe Bonnie. I think Bob is right about people being soft on her and she either needs to step up or go home. I will still be rooting for Bob's team to win no matter who they are :). I would like to see Vinnie, Antone, Becky & Sunny in the final four. My prediction to win is Vinnie - he is friends with just about everyone, he has a lot of weight left to lose, and with the mix up of teams he has a better shot at staying on the ranch. He also a good balance of wanting to win, but not being overly competitive which seems to give you an edge in this game.
